Below you'll find answers to the most common questions about Royal Flush restroom trailer rentals, including trailer options, site requirements, pricing, delivery, and booking.
Our Restroom Trailers
What is a restroom trailer?
A restroom trailer provides the privacy and comfort of an indoor restroom in a mobile setting. Unlike traditional portable toilets, Royal Flush trailers feature private restroom spaces, flushing toilets, running water, sinks, mirrors, climate control, lighting, and thoughtfully maintained interiors.
They’re an ideal option when permanent restrooms aren’t available, aren’t conveniently located, or simply aren't the experience you want for your guests.
Which Royal Flush trailer is right for my event?
Royal Flush offers two restroom trailer options:
Queen Palm is our compact two-stall trailer. Its smaller footprint makes it especially well suited for weddings, backyard celebrations, private parties, and locations where space may be limited.
Majesty Palm is our three-stall trailer, offering additional capacity for larger gatherings and events with higher restroom demand.

How many guests can the trailers accommodate?
Guest count is an important factor, but it isn't the only consideration. Event duration, alcohol service, the availability of additional restrooms, and the overall flow of your event can all affect restroom usage.
As a general guideline, Queen Palm is best suited for events of up to approximately 150 guests when no additional restroom facilities are available. For larger gatherings, Majesty Palm may be the better option.

Are the restrooms private?
Yes. Guests have private, enclosed restroom spaces with locking doors. Our trailers are designed to provide the privacy and comfort guests expect from an indoor restroom.
Are the restroom trailers air-conditioned?
Yes. Climate control is one of the features that makes a restroom trailer particularly valuable for events in El Paso and Southern New Mexico.
Our trailers are climate controlled to help keep the interior comfortable throughout your event, especially during our warmer months.
What is provided inside the restroom?
Your rental arrives stocked and ready for your guests. Standard restroom supplies are included, so you don't need to purchase or provide the basics separately.
We take care of the restroom essentials as part of your rental and prepare the trailer before your event.

What types of events do you serve?
Royal Flush restroom trailers are a great fit for weddings, quinceañeras, private celebrations, backyard parties, corporate events, markets, community events, productions, and other special gatherings.
We also work with businesses, venues, and event organizers who may have recurring or specialty restroom needs.
Can a restroom trailer be used at a home or backyard event?
Absolutely. In fact, Queen Palm's compact footprint makes it particularly well suited for many residential and backyard events.
The property must have enough room for us to safely deliver, position, and retrieve the trailer, along with a relatively level setup area.

How much space is needed for the trailer?
The amount of space required depends on the trailer selected. In addition to the trailer itself, we need sufficient clearance to safely position and retrieve it.
The setup area should be relatively level and accessible by our tow vehicle. Gates, narrow driveways, low branches, steep grades, tight turns, and other obstacles can affect placement.
If you're uncertain about your location, contact us before booking. We're happy to discuss your setup area with you.
Does my event site need electricity?
Our restroom trailers require electricity to operate their onboard systems.
If suitable electrical service is available at your event site, we may be able to connect directly to it. If electricity isn't available, let us know. Additional service options may be available for your location.
We'll confirm your site's electrical requirements as part of the booking process.
Does my event site need a water connection?
Our restroom trailers also require a water source for sinks, toilets, and normal operation.
If an accessible water connection is available at the event site, we can determine whether it is suitable for your setup. If water isn't available, let us know when requesting your quote so we can discuss available options.
What if my venue doesn't have electricity or water?
That doesn't necessarily mean a restroom trailer won't work for your event.
Royal Flush can accommodate many locations where one or both utilities aren't readily available. Additional equipment or services may be required, which can affect your rental price.
Tell us what is available at your event site and we'll help determine what your setup requires.
Where will the restroom trailer be placed?
Placement is determined by trailer access, ground conditions, available utilities, guest convenience, and the ability to safely deliver and retrieve the unit.
We recommend considering restroom placement during your event planning rather than waiting until the day of the event. We'll work with you to identify an appropriate setup location.
When will the trailer be delivered?
We coordinate delivery and setup around your event schedule and access to the property.
Our goal is to have the restroom trailer positioned, connected, stocked, and ready before your guests need it. Specific delivery and pickup arrangements are confirmed prior to your event.
Pricing & Booking
How much does a Royal Flush restroom trailer rental cost?
Pricing depends on several factors, including the trailer selected, event location, site utilities, rental duration, and any additional services needed.
Instead of using a one-size-fits-all price, we provide pricing based on the actual needs of your event.

What is included in the rental price?
Standard rentals include the restroom trailer, delivery and setup within the applicable service area, standard restroom supplies, and waste disposal following your event.
If your site requires additional water, electrical support, extended travel, or other special arrangements, those items will be identified when your rental is quoted.
Is there an additional delivery fee?
Delivery requirements vary depending on the location of your event.
Events outside our standard service area may require an additional Delivery & Setup fee. Provide your event location when requesting pricing and we'll include any applicable charges in your quote.
How do I check whether my date is available?
You can use our online estimator to check your date and begin your booking request, or contact Royal Flush directly.
Because we accept a limited number of events, availability can change quickly—particularly during popular wedding and event dates.
How do I reserve my date?
A $150 reservation deposit is required to secure your event date. The deposit is applied toward your rental balance.
Submitting an inquiry or receiving an estimate does not reserve the date. Your booking is secured once the required deposit and booking arrangements have been completed with Royal Flush.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as soon as your event date and venue are confirmed.
Spring and fall weddings, holidays, and popular event weekends can book well in advance. If your event is approaching soon, you're still welcome to contact us—we're happy to check availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that event plans can change. Cancellation terms, including any applicable refund or cancellation provisions, are outlined in your Royal Flush rental agreement.
Please review your agreement carefully before signing, and contact us if you have any questions about the terms of your reservation.
Optional Services
Do you offer restroom attendants?
Yes. Restroom attendant service is available for $30 per hour.
An attendant helps keep the restroom fresh, stocked, and guest-ready throughout your event and can also assist with restroom flow during busier periods.
Attendant service can be especially helpful for larger gatherings, longer events, weddings, and events with periods of high restroom demand.
Can I add toiletry baskets?
Yes. Thoughtfully stocked toiletry baskets are available for $60 per stall.
They're an easy way to add an extra level of hospitality for your guests, particularly for weddings and special celebrations.

What areas does Royal Flush serve?
Royal Flush is based in the El Paso area and serves events throughout El Paso and surrounding West Texas communities, as well as select locations in Southern New Mexico.
Delivery and setup charges may vary depending on distance and event location.

Do you work with businesses, venues, and event organizers?
Yes. We welcome inquiries from businesses, venues, event planners, markets, and event organizers.
For recurring events, venue partnerships, or other business needs, please contact us directly to discuss availability and pricing.
Do you offer multi-day or specialty rentals?
Yes, depending on availability and the requirements of the event or project.
Multi-day events, productions, corporate needs, and other specialty rentals may require different delivery, servicing, or scheduling arrangements. Contact us directly so we can learn more about your needs and provide appropriate pricing.
